Beauty gets the attention But Personality gets the heart.....

Human beings are not perfect. We all have some form of absence that deny us the coveted tag of perfection. It may be a character flaw or a physical disability. We all have something that we are not proud of. something that makes us so uncomfortable that makes our confident level drop to zero whenever we think about it.

While there are things we cannot change about ourselves such as, height, intelligence, race or size of our fingers, there are factors that help us to change and they are ones that really matter. we are not remembered by our tallness or tan ness. we are remembered for our gravity or evilness. therefore an ideal person is the one who possesses all the character qualities that are considered dignified by the society.

( Just think if you have that kind of ideal person in your life....)

When I talk about an ideal person, one person comes to my mind... We call her (the saint of gutters) she is non other than Mother Theresa. Her name has become a Symbole of sacrifice and selfless generosity. people know her from all over the world. both in religious and non religious circles.one of her best qualities was her devotiness. She was very faithful and religious woman.

Mother Theresa was a loyal chatholic. At the age of 10 she became a nun. there after she dedicated all her life towards religious and kindness and never looked back. moreover she never left her chatolic faith.

She also very generous. She spent most of her life serving the poor from her own account. Which she later labeled as : A CALL WITHIN A CALL. God spoke to her and commanded her to help the slums, poors and dewellers in culcutta., India. After receiving approval from vatican, using her resources she relocated in culcutta and helped the slums , poor and sick. during her service she suffered from many illness and injuries but however she managed all things.

Mother Theresa was also a leader and she led by example. when she saw things were not okay and people were suffering she took it upon herself to help them with all poverty and unhappiness that surrounded her, she always had the strength to put on a smile , one of the traits of great leaders are that they always give people when there seems to be none. that was Mother Theresa.

She was also very principled. she raised her voice whenever there were illegal situations going on. as a result, she was also loved and recognized all over the world. in her life time, she was honored more than 120 awards. including presidential medal of freedom, which is the highest civilian award in the U.S. She was also the first person to be awarded the pope john 23 peace prize. furthermore, the city culcutta was renamed as kolkata as a result.

Lastly, She was very intelligent and resourceful. Apart from medical training she also learned geography and became a teacher in ST. Mary high school. where she later became the principal. she could also speak 05 languages very fluently.

Mother Theresa is ideal person to me as she had all the credits of a good person. however she was able to motivate people with nothing. and specially gave out everything she had to the poor. including her skills, resources and her life too. she also did lot of humantarian work all over the world. Although she is no longer with us. she will be forever kept in the most precious place in our hearts...

A Person does not need all the accomplishments of Mother Theresa to be an ideal person.at the end of the day, we were all given different talents and abilities. However I believe an ideal person will always give their personal best in what ever they do an ideal person is trusted, loved, admired and respected for the right reasons. When an ideal person is not around us their absence is felt and people will miss them. an ideal person is hard to come by and sometimes we over look them as the innocent person living next door. However if the world was full of ideal people, then it would be a better place. therefore we must know Beauty gets the attention but Personality gets the heart........
